What we actually do.

A private airport transfer is a pre-booked, fixed-price car service from Lisbon Airport (LIS) to your destination — or vice versa — with a licensed chauffeur waiting for you at the arrivals hall with a name sign. The vehicle is dedicated to you (never shared), the route is direct (no other stops), and the price is locked at booking with no surge pricing.

Our standard fleet for airport transfers is the Mercedes E-Class (executive sedan, up to 3 passengers and 3 large bags) and Mercedes V-Class (business van, up to 7 passengers and 7 bags). For VIP and corporate, the Mercedes S-Class is available on request.

Pricing is flat-rate based on destination, not metered. The most common LIS airport transfers:

All prices are flat, all-inclusive, and confirmed at booking. There is no surge pricing, no per-passenger fee, and no waiting charge for delayed flights.

For every airport pickup, your chauffeur waits in the Terminal 1 arrivals hall holding a sign with your name (or company name, if you prefer). You don’t need to call, text, or use an app. The driver helps with luggage, walks you to the vehicle in the dedicated transfer parking, and you depart within minutes of meeting.

We track your flight automatically from the moment you book. If your flight is delayed, the driver waits without any extra charge. Standard inclusion is 60 minutes of free wait time after landing, which covers baggage claim and even the new EES (Entry/Exit System) passport queues.

Yes. Airport transfers run 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year, including all Portuguese public holidays (New Year’s, Carnival, Easter, Liberation Day on 25 April, Portugal Day on 10 June, Christmas, etc.). There is no surcharge for late-night, early-morning, weekend, or holiday transfers — the price is the same as any other time.

A chauffeur service is the hourly rental of a vehicle plus dedicated driver, available wherever your day takes you. Unlike a point-to-point transfer (which is one ride at a flat rate), a chauffeur stays with you between stops — waiting outside meeting venues, driving you across the city for back-to-back appointments, and returning you to your hotel at the end of the day.

This is the right service for multi-stop business days, conference roadshows, embassy and consular days, executive city tours, wedding logistics, and any schedule where you don’t know exactly where you’ll need to be next.

The standard rate is €85 per hour with a 3-hour minimum. The clock starts when the driver arrives at your first pickup and ends when you’re dropped at your final destination. Time spent waiting between meetings counts the same as time spent driving — the driver and vehicle are on standby exclusively for you.

Discounted package rates:

• Half day (4 hours): €320 (saves €20 vs. hourly)
• Full day (8 hours): €620 (saves €60 vs. hourly)
• Multi-day & VIP (price on application): Quoted individually, typically 10—20% savings on the daily rate

Discretion is standard, not extra. Our vehicles carry no company logos or markings. Drivers are briefed on confidentiality and sign NDAs for VIP and executive bookings. They wait outside meeting buildings, do not initiate conversation with passengers, and never accompany clients into venues unless specifically requested.

For diplomatic, celebrity, sensitive corporate, or media-personality use, we have a specialized roster of senior drivers with additional vetting.

Our private tours are full-day or half-day curated experiences from Lisbon with an English-speaking driver-guide, dedicated Mercedes vehicle, and a flexible itinerary that can be customized to your interests, pace, and energy level. Unlike group tours, there are no other passengers — the vehicle and guide are yours exclusively.

Tours are priced per vehicle, not per person. The same tour costs the same whether you’re 1 person or 7 people in the same vehicle — meaning adding friends, family, or colleagues never multiplies the cost. Group sizes:

• 1—3 guests: Mercedes E-Class executive sedan
• 4—7 guests: Mercedes V-Class business van (typical premium of €100/day)
• 8—15 guests: Mercedes Sprinter executive minibus (typical premium of €200—300/day)

Tour pricing includes vehicle, driver-guide, fuel, all tolls and parking, water, Wi-Fi, restaurant reservations, child seats, and Portuguese VAT. Not included: palace entry tickets (purchased at the gate or pre-purchased for €3/ticket convenience fee), restaurant meals, and optional driver gratuity.

A driver-guide is a single person who both drives the vehicle and provides commentary, recommendations, and local knowledge throughout the tour. This differs from many tour operators who use a separate tour guide and driver. The advantage of the combined role: a smaller, more intimate experience; lower overall cost; more flexibility (no need to coordinate two professionals); and a single point of contact who knows both the route and the stories.

Our driver-guides are RNAAT-licensed (Portuguese national tourism authority), fluent in English, and have a minimum 5 years of experience in their tour region. Many were born and raised in the areas they guide.

A long-distance transfer is a one-way (or round-trip) private car service between Portuguese cities — or across the border into Spain. They’re the right choice when you want to avoid the LIS→OPO flight (with its 4+ hour airport-to-airport reality), the inflexible train schedule, or the discomfort of long-distance buses.

Each transfer is direct, flat-rate, and includes optional scenic stops along the way (vineyards, historic towns, beach viewpoints) at no extra charge if booked in advance.

Yes. Round-trip bookings (same-vehicle return at a later date, often days apart) save approximately 10—15% versus two singles. Common scenarios: Lisbon→Algarve outbound + return a week later, Lisbon→Comporta weekend, Lisbon→Porto→Lisbon as a 3-day trip with overnight in Porto. We hold your return date in our calendar and confirm the driver 48 hours before pickup.

A corporate account is a billing arrangement for companies, embassies, conference organizers, and high-volume users who book transfers and chauffeur services regularly. Instead of paying per booking, the company is invoiced monthly with consolidated billing and 30-day payment terms.

Corporate accounts include a dedicated account manager, priority dispatch, executive-grade vehicles by default, NDA-signed drivers, and reporting suitable for finance and travel teams.
