Private door-to-door transfer between Lisbon and Porto with an English-speaking chauffeur in a Mercedes-Benz. Take the direct A1 in three hours, or add stops in Óbidos, Nazaré, Coimbra, and Aveiro and make it the journey itself. Flat rate, no surprises.
Straight up the A1 motorway with a single rest stop. Ideal for business travelers and late-night arrivals.
Óbidos, Nazaré, Coimbra, and Aveiro — the old Portugal you can’t see from the A1. Turn a transfer into an experience.
Pick your own stops — wineries, beaches, castles, family villages. We’ll build a custom itinerary and quote it flat.
If you choose the 8-hour heritage tour, here’s what you’ll see along the way — each stop hand-picked to break up the drive and show you a Portugal most travelers never reach.
A fortified medieval town that looks like it fell out of a storybook. Walk the ramparts, try ginjinha served in edible chocolate cups, and browse the whitewashed streets. Our driver knows which bakery has the morning sheets of pão-de-ló still warm.
Home to the largest waves ever surfed (30+ meter giants at Praia do Norte in winter). Visit the lighthouse museum, see the fishing boats hauled up on the sand, and eat fresh grilled sardines at a family-run spot. Colorful, windy, unforgettable.
Portugal’s former royal capital and home to one of Europe’s oldest universities (founded 1290). The Joanina Library is otherworldly — gilded baroque shelves, bat-guarded manuscripts. Lunch stop at a student tasca for bacalhau and vinho verde.
Canals, colorful moliceiro boats, and Art Nouveau architecture. Try ovos moles (a local egg-yolk sweet sold in wooden barrels) and walk the pastel-striped beach huts at Costa Nova before the final stretch to Porto.
Your driver delivers you door-to-door in Porto — to your hotel, Airbnb, cruise port, or OPO airport. Depending on your schedule, finish with a glass of Graham’s tawny on the Gaia side of the Douro as the sun sets over Ribeira.

The direct route on the A1 motorway is approximately 3 hours covering 313 km. With traffic around Lisbon rush hour (8-10am, 5-7pm) or heavy weekend beach traffic, it can stretch to 3h 30m. Our scenic route with stops in Óbidos, Nazaré, Coimbra, and Aveiro takes 8 hours including lunch.
€450 is the final, all-inclusive price for the direct route in an E-Class Mercedes. It covers the vehicle, chauffeur, all A1 tolls (roughly €22 each way), fuel, airport parking or pickup fees, bottled water, Wi-Fi, and 23% Portuguese VAT. No charges at drop-off. A night surcharge applies only for pickups between 22:00 and 06:00 and is clearly shown before booking.
Yes. The E-Class fits 3 passengers with 3 standard suitcases comfortably. For more luggage, golf bags, surfboards, ski equipment, or baby gear, book the V-Class (7 passengers, 7 bags) for €550 direct. Let us know your equipment at booking and we’ll confirm it fits before you pay.
The Alfa Pendular train is great if you’re traveling solo, have light luggage, and don’t need door-to-door service (it runs Lisbon Oriente to Porto Campanhã). For 3+ passengers, heavy luggage, families with kids, late-night arrivals, cruise passengers, or anyone wanting to stop at Óbidos/Nazaré/Coimbra along the way, private transfer wins on time, comfort, and total cost.
Yes. Pickup and drop-off in both cities are door-to-door at no extra charge. We cover all of greater Lisbon (LIS airport, city center, Cascais, Sintra, cruise port) and all of greater Porto (OPO airport, city center, Gaia, Matosinhos, cruise terminals). Multiple drop-offs within a city center are free; rural or distant stops may carry a small supplement quoted upfront.
Both. One-way direct is €450. Round-trip (same-day return) is €780 — a 13% saving vs booking two singles. Multi-day round trip (stay in Porto, return later) is simply two one-way bookings, or we can hold the vehicle in Porto on a daily chauffeur rate if your schedule justifies it.
Flat €450 for the direct route. Booking takes under two minutes. Confirmation instant. Cancellation free.
