The form above books a private car from Lisbon Humberto Delgado Airport to any address in Portugal, or from your hotel back to the airport, at a flat rate you see before you pay.

Lisbon Airport Transfer is a licensed private chauffeur service based in Lisbon. We operate our own fleet of Mercedes-Benz saloons, V-Class vans and Sprinter minibuses with professional, English-speaking drivers, and we run around the clock. Every booking made on this page is a private vehicle for your party only: no shared shuttles, no waiting for other passengers, no meter running in traffic.

Airport pickups are tracked against your flight number, so if you land early the driver is early and if you land late the included waiting time starts from the actual landing. You are met inside the arrivals hall with a name sign, or at the kerb directly outside it, and you are never asked to walk to a car park. The same fixed rates cover Lisbon city, Cascais and Estoril, Sintra, the cruise terminals, Ericeira and Setúbal, and long-distance transfers to Porto, the Algarve, Évora, Nazaré, Comporta and across the border to Seville and Madrid.

Tolls, parking, fuel and VAT

Motorway tolls, airport parking while the driver waits, fuel and VAT are all inside the fixed price. Luggage is carried free within the vehicle's capacity.

Flight tracking

We watch your flight and move the driver with it. Delays, early arrivals and diversions are handled without you having to call. Cancelled flights are never charged.

60 minutes of airport waiting

Counted from the actual landing time, which covers passport control and baggage on all but the busiest days. Fifteen minutes is included at hotels and other addresses.

Child seats on request

Infant seats, child seats and boosters are a paid add-on, chosen in step 3 by each child's age. Portuguese law requires one for children under 12 and 135 cm. We supply the seat; parents fit it, so it is installed the way you know it should be.

A name sign in the hall

Meet & greet inside Terminal 1 arrivals is a small add-on shown before you confirm. Without it, the driver waits at the arrivals kerb and you have their mobile number.

Free cancellation to 24 hours

Transfers can be cancelled free until 24 hours before pickup, tours and long-distance until 72 hours. The full policy is in our terms and conditions.

Prices are one-way, per vehicle, for up to three passengers in Standard class; First Class, vans and minibuses are quoted in the form. A night surcharge applies to pickups between 23:00 and 06:00 and is shown before you confirm. The same rates apply in reverse, from any of these places to Lisbon Airport. Arriving at Lisbon Airport

Where your driver will be.

Every flight into Lisbon arrives at Terminal 1, whatever the airline. Once through passport control, baggage and customs you step into a single arrivals hall, and that is where we meet you. Non-EU passports now go through the EU's Entry/Exit biometric check on arrival, which can add time at peaks; the included hour of waiting is there for exactly that.

  • iv.DeparturesWe recommend a pickup time based on your flight, terminal and passport. Mid-morning from central Lisbon, that is usually three to three and a half hours before departure.
Booking questions

Short answers to the questions people ask at this stage. Anything else, message us on WhatsApp at +351 920 354 777 and a person replies, usually within the hour.

From €55 per vehicle in Standard class for up to three passengers, tolls and VAT included, to Baixa, Chiado, Avenida da Liberdade and the other central districts. A licensed taxi is typically €15 to €22 on the meter plus a luggage supplement; the difference buys a driver who tracks your flight, waits an hour free, meets you in the hall, and charges the same price at midnight in the rain.

Either. Transfers within Portugal can be paid by card in step 4 or in cash or card to the driver on the day. Tours, long-distance and cross-border journeys take a 30% deposit at confirmation with the balance due 72 hours before travel. Card payments go through a PCI-DSS certified provider; we never see your card number.

Delays cost nothing: we track the flight and the included waiting time starts from the actual landing. A cancelled or diverted flight is never charged; we move the booking to your new flight or cancel it without a fee. You do not need to contact us about a delay, though you are welcome to.

The day before is enough for most Lisbon transfers, and same-day bookings are accepted subject to availability. Book earlier for a van or minibus, for pickups between 05:00 and 07:00, for long-distance journeys, and for peak weeks in July, August and around New Year, when the larger vehicles go first.

Yes to both, in step 1. A round trip books your return at the same rate with a single confirmation; the return can be on any date. An extra stop, to collect someone or drop a bag at a second hotel, is priced before you confirm. For a longer detour, or a day with several destinations, the hourly option or a private tour is usually better value.

Yes and yes. All our drivers speak English and hold the professional licence required for passenger transport in Portugal; every vehicle carries the passenger liability insurance the law requires. We are registered with Turismo de Portugal (RNAVT) and you receive a Portuguese invoice for every payment. Details are in our terms and on the about page.
