We are based at Lisbon Airport and cover the whole of mainland Portugal from it — the city, the Cascais and Sintra coast, the cruise terminals, and the long roads north to Porto and south to the Algarve. Every journey is a flat rate agreed before you travel — tolls, parking, fuel and VAT included. Below is what “anywhere” actually means in kilometres and minutes.
We price by route and vehicle class rather than by the meter, so a Friday-evening jam on the A5 costs you nothing extra. Times below are typical daytime runs from the terminal kerb; add 15–25 minutes in weekday rush hours. Prices shown are the Executive E-Class “from” rates on our routes pages.
Every destination we are asked for regularly, with the honest kilometre and minute figures from Lisbon Airport. Not on the list? We still go — it just means nobody has asked yet.

Distances are road kilometres from Terminal 1 by the route we actually drive, rounded. Times are typical off-peak daytime and assume the driver is already waiting when you clear arrivals. Long-distance figures include one comfort stop. We never charge for traffic delays or for waiting on a delayed flight. Meet & greet at arrivals and pickups between 22:00 and 06:00 carry a small extra shown before you confirm.
Coverage is not only about how far we go. It is also about the three places in Lisbon where finding your driver goes wrong, and what we do about each.
Terminal 1 is where nearly all international arrivals land; your driver stands inside the arrivals hall, at the meeting point past customs, with your name on a board. Terminal 2 handles a handful of low-cost carriers and has no arrivals hall to speak of — we meet you at the exit doors and the walk to the car is under two minutes. We track your flight, so a delay changes nothing.
LIS · Humberto DelgadoLisbon has three: Santa Apolónia (Lisbon Cruise Terminal) and Jardim do Tabaco, four hundred metres apart on the river, and Alcântara to the west under the bridge. Both have a short, crowded taxi rank and no dedicated pre-booked pickup lane, so your driver meets you at the terminal exit on foot with a name board and walks you to the car. Tell us your ship and berth and we take it from there.
Santa Apolónia · Jardim do Tabaco · AlcântaraAlfama, Bairro Alto, Mouraria and the old centre of Sintra have streets a Mercedes physically cannot enter. If your apartment is on one of them, we tell you at booking, agree the nearest point a car can reach — usually under a hundred metres — and the driver walks the luggage from there. Hotels, marinas, golf clubs and quintas are all fine.
Door-to-door · Luggage carriedMost transfer sites claim to go everywhere and then quietly fail to answer the phone when you ask for somewhere unusual. We would rather list the edges. Everything else on the mainland — Coimbra, Aveiro, the Douro, Alentejo villages, the Silver Coast — and the main Spanish cities is a normal booking with a flat quote in under a minute.

On the mainland, no. If it has a road and an address, it is a booking. The only things we do not do are the islands, which have no road, and shared shuttles, which we do not run. Seville and Madrid are published routes; other Spanish destinations are quoted case by case. If your destination is not in the directory above, it just means nobody has asked for it yet — send it and you will have a flat price in under a minute.
Typical daytime, off-peak, by the route we actually drive. The A5 to Cascais and the IC19 to Sintra both jam between 07:30 and 09:30 and again from 17:00 to 19:30 on weekdays, and we say so when you book at those hours. The price does not change with the traffic; only the arrival time does, and the driver will tell you before you set off.
In: tolls (every vehicle carries Via Verde), airport parking, fuel, luggage help and VAT. The return leg is our problem, not yours. Two things are extra and both are shown before you confirm: meet & greet at arrivals with a name sign, and a night surcharge for pickups between 22:00 and 06:00. Beyond those, only the vehicle class, the route and any extra stops change a quote.
Yes. A stop of up to thirty minutes on a long-distance run is usually free; longer stops or detours are quoted as an add-on when you book. If what you really want is a day out with several stops, look at the private tours instead — the pricing is built for lingering.
We track the flight number you give us and move the driver with it. Sixty minutes of waiting after landing is included in every airport pickup, which covers a bad passport-control day; beyond that we ask you to message us so we know you are still coming. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup, and if your flight is cancelled we rebook you on the new one.
Comfortably, and it is one of the most common things we do. The terminal is forty minutes from Sintra; a six-hour window gives you around four hours in the town with a guaranteed return before all-aboard. Book it as the Sintra tour with a cruise-terminal pickup and the driver builds the timing around your ship, not the other way round.
Both directions, at the same price, and the same goes for the Algarve. If you are starting in Porto or Faro we position a vehicle there the night before, which is built into the quote. For a one-way with a stop or two — Coimbra, Óbidos, Fátima — tell us and we turn it into a transfer with a purpose.
