at your hour.

Our standard rate is €85/hour with a 3-hour minimum. The clock starts when the driver arrives at your first pickup and ends when you’re dropped at your final destination. Whether you spend that hour in the car, in a meeting, or at a long lunch, the rate is the same. Half-day (4 hours) and full-day (8 hours) rates include modest discounts.

Absolutely — that’s the most common pattern. A typical executive day: 8am hotel pickup, 9am meeting, 11am meeting, lunch at Belcanto, 3pm meeting, 6pm drinks at Park, dinner at 200°, 11pm hotel. Same driver, same car, all day. Total cost stays predictable because you’re paying for hours, not stops.

Discretion is standard. Our vehicles carry no company logos. Drivers are briefed on confidentiality and sign NDAs for VIP and executive bookings. They wait outside meeting buildings, never accompany clients inside unless requested, and won’t initiate conversation with passengers. For diplomatic, celebrity, or sensitive corporate use, we have a specialized roster of drivers.

Yes — especially for multi-day corporate or family bookings, we strongly recommend it. Continuity matters. Same driver means they learn your preferences (which coffee shop you like for the 7am stop, whether you want music or silence, your lunch favorites). Multi-day rates are quoted as a flat package and typically save 10–20% vs. daily rates.

Yes. Event chauffeuring is one of our specialties. Wedding party transport, gala arrivals, conference VIP shuttle for opening ceremonies, embassy receptions. We coordinate with event planners directly. For Web Summit specifically, we run a dedicated fleet during conference week with priority dispatch.

Same-day chauffeur requests are usually possible — we typically have 2–3 cars in reserve for last-minute bookings. Call or WhatsApp directly (faster than the form for urgent requests). Cars can be on-site within 90 minutes anywhere in greater Lisbon. Late-night and weekend availability included.

Never expected, always welcome. Our chauffeurs are paid a real wage. If you’d like to tip, 10–15% of the hourly total is generous. Many corporate accounts add a flat €100 daily tip for the driver; many guests leave nothing. Both are completely fine.
